FAQ

Distributor Payment Terms:

  • Prepaid/COD/Net 30 days. There is a $30 charge for returned checks. Amounts not paid within the specified term will incur daily interest at the rate of 19% annually (or the maximum rate allowed by law whichever is less) from the Invoice Date until paid in full. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees on all past due accounts or returned check. 

  Prices & Products: 

  • Price, colors, styles and packaging are subject to change without prior notice. 

Shipping and Freight:

  • All regular shipments are F.O.B from Houston, Texas. SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., will determine the carrier, and a shipping and handling charge will be invoiced for the delivery.

Examining Merchandise: 

  • Will call customer: Customers need to sign an Acknowledgement receipt. When the acknowledgement receipt is signed, SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC will not be liable for any missing items on the order.

  • If the packaging shows visible damage upon arrival, the customer must refuse the package(s) or they may have to purchase the merchandise, if a damage claim is refused by carrier.

  • All damaged or missing items in boxes, that are not visibly damaged, must be reported to SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., within Five (5) business days of delivery. If a damage claim is not filed within Five (5) business days, SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., will not responsible for damage and will deny the claim. 

 Returned Goods: 

  • All merchandise returns must first be approved, and issued a SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) with the original invoice number.

  • Products being returned must be unopened and in resalable condition or subject to warranty policies. No returns nor refund will be accepted after 15 Calendar days, from the original purchase date.

  • Returns on new and unused merchandise will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%. 

  Terms & Conditions Changes: 

  • SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change, modify and or remove any portion of the terms and conditions of sale in whole or in part, at any time. 

  Others: 

  • Any dispute arising from this contractual relationship, shall be governed by the State laws of Texas and shall be decided solely and exclusively by the courts of Fort Bend County.
